Application procedure

Our nomination and application system is completely online (see dates and deadlines in the Academic Calendar page).


To apply, all students have to be nominated online by our university partners.

Nominated students will receive information by email nearer the application period with a procedure on how to submit their application form. 

We trust our partners to select the best suited students to participate in the program. 

Hence, we ask the nominated students to confirm their commitment to participate in our program with their completed application.


Students will need to meet the following requirements and we will NOT ask for supporting documents. (except for the French language)

- The French language certificate can be a DEFL, French baccalaureate success attestation, certified letter from a teacher.

A short note about Acceptance Letters:

The students who apply will get confirmation on a rolling basis. The activation of their account and ESSEC ID (BID = B00... numbers) gives them access to the intranet.

A digital copy of their official acceptance letter (in PDF) can be uploaded from the MyEssec intranet platform. This electronic acceptance letter should suffice for visa application.

Kindly note that we’ll only provide hard copies when the local embassy or consulate requires it. Contact us if that’s the case.

Students will then receive further instructions for the administrative enrollment (Office of the Registrar) and the Housing application (Alegessec).
